The unbreakable bond between child sex abuse and genocide.
For those who believe that whatever happens in Gaza can be justified by the claim that “Israel has a right to defend itself”, the gamification of semantics is never a problem, because they are convinced they have the better weaponry. For example, in the UK the designation of “Palestine Action” as a terrorist organization derives from the ability of the government to stretch the semantics of the word terrorism to include forms of direct action that involve criminal actions such as trespassing and vandalism, while at the same time, the deliberate starvation of almost 2 million civilians is called “collateral damage”.
The continuous barrage of attempts to delegitimize protests on behalf of the plight Palestinian people can only bypass any serious concerns over aligning Truth and Justice if they embrace the bad faith of the abuse of power. Genocides always presuppose extraordinary power asymmetries between a state and its military apparatus and by and large unarmed, mostly defenceless, civilians. The cognitive dissonance of defenders of Zionism is not really a cognitive dissonance, but an orgasmic climax of sadistic libidinal desire. That libidinal desire, however, can become contagious.
When people are faced with systemic abuse of power, for example the US government’s attempts to cover up and selectively deploy the Epstein-Maxwell-Trump scandal, there is a real risk of a cultivation of rage that can no longer be contained by “civil discourse”. The example of the Epstein-Maxwell-Trump scandal cover-up is telling, because the actual sexual abuse of children is something unspeakably abhorrent, that it cuts across political ideologies and allegiances. To use the means of judicial power to selectively cover up the sexual abuse performed by political allies and prosecute the sexual abuse by political opponents is not going to help those performing the covering up.
There is only one thing worse than child sex abuse and that is child murder, which is what the rogue state of Israel is doing at the moment on a massive scale. Denying it or covering it up is thus worse than what the US Republican regime is currently doing around the Epstein-Maxwell-Trump scandal. However, there is a growing suspicion that the two are actually connected. Whereas it may be difficult to legally prove that Epstein and Maxwell were engaged in a honey trap operation for Mossad, there are clear logical connections that make perfect sense. The state of Israel would not be possible without the military and financial support from rich, western nations such as the USA. An easy way to ensure support, is blackmail. Blackmail is easier with people who believe that they are above the law as they are already well known with this method. We have no reason to believe that international politics work any differently from international organized crime.
Wealthy, old, white men are more likely to be most easily corrupted because their sense of entitlement is backed up with a comfortable life-style and privileges. This is why fraternities and public schools are the breeding ground of sexual perversions as well as abuse of power. It is all part of being elite. Rape culture is rooted in wealthy, white, male privilege. Rape Culture is rooted in the same libidinal structure as Genocide Culture. Whenever men believe they can act with impunity, there is a risk that quite a few of them will rape and murder defenceless victims.
Wealth, Power and Perversion are all circulating in the same libidinal ecosystem. They cultivate the impunity which exacerbates their ability to corrupt all that is conducive to the common good of the web-of-life. It is not surprising that large sections of the culture industry celebrate the corruptions and perversions of the web of life and worship the death cult of imperial-patriarchal capitalism as they are the narcissistic self-projections of the same old, white patriarchs whose wealth they serve. It should surprise no one that there are substantial links between the perversions of child sexual abuse and genocide as they stem from the same root.
